Head of Investor Relations
ParadigmCheck size: Not applicable to Pam's investor-relations role. No personal startup check size or investment authority is public. Founders should contact Paradigm's Investing & Research team; LPs should use the firm's official channel or secure LP login.
Pam's documented expertise is building and serving institutional capital relationships. Her 12 years at KKR spanned product strategy, investor relations, fundraising and new business development; at Bridgewater she led strategic institutional relationships and helped develop the global wealth channel. At Paradigm she applies that experience to business development and LP engagement around crypto venture funds. This is a fund-capital and relationship mandate, not a personal token or startup thesis.
For her remit: sophisticated long-term partners, clear vehicle and strategy fit, transparent performance and risk reporting, responsive relationship management, durable institutional conviction and teams that translate a complex emerging asset class into decision-useful information.
No startup pass criteria are public because Pam is not listed as a portfolio investor. Founder pitches addressed to her as a deal partner are misrouted. LP conversations are weakened by unclear mandates, unsupported claims, missing diligence materials, inconsistent reporting and insecure sharing of confidential information.
Do not send Pam a founder financing pitch. For an LP conversation, state the institution, authorized contact, investment mandate, vehicle or strategy of interest, prior relationship, diligence stage, requested material or meeting and decision timeline. Use Paradigm's secure LP channel for confidential data. Route company or protocol opportunities to the live Investing & Research roster.
Match an LP's mandate, liquidity, risk, governance, geography and pacing constraints to the correct fund or strategy before advancing diligence.
Explain crypto venture exposure in institutional terms: strategy, team, portfolio construction, valuation, custody, liquidity, governance, compliance and risk.
Route verified vehicle, performance, legal, risk and reporting materials through the authorized contact and secure portal with a defined decision timeline.
Use Paradigm's explicit roster categories to distinguish LP and business-development authority from portfolio-company sourcing and approval.
