Agreement
These terms govern your use of RaiseKit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, workspace members, and activity. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant RaiseKit a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and contact data.
Acceptable use
Do not use RaiseKit to break the law, send spam, mislead recipients, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, probe the service, distribute malware, evade limits, or make automated decisions that unlawfully harm people. Outreach remains your responsibility and must follow applicable communications laws.
AI and directory information
AI output and investor information may be incomplete, inferred, or wrong. They are research and productivity aids, not legal, investment, financial, or professional advice. Verify important information and review every message before sending it.
Subscriptions
Paid web plans, when offered, renew until canceled under the terms shown at purchase. Mobile apps do not sell or link to external digital subscriptions. Refunds are governed by the purchase channel and applicable law.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. You may stop using RaiseKit and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, RaiseKit disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid RaiseKit in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice. Questions: legal@raisekit.co.
