What RaiseKit does

RaiseKit is a fundraising CRM for founders. It helps users organize investor conversations, follow-ups, pitch materials, and team workflows. This policy covers raisekit.co and the RaiseKit mobile apps.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, user ID, and team membership.
• Content you provide, including company information, pitch decks, CRM contacts, notes, messages, drafts, and feedback.
• Connected-service data you authorize, such as Gmail messages involving pipeline contacts and Google account identifiers.
• Usage, device, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostic, and security information.
• Subscription and transaction records. RaiseKit does not receive full card numbers from its payment processor.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, personalize fundraising workflows, process authorized communications, analyze product reliability, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

AI processing

When you request deck analysis, message drafting, matching, or other AI features, the relevant content may be sent to Anthropic to generate the result. Do not upload content you are not permitted to process. The mobile app does not send content to AI without a user-initiated feature or a workspace automation the user enabled.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and specialist providers that process data on our behalf, including Vercel, Neon, Postmark, Anthropic, Sentry, PostHog, Google, Inngest, Upstash, and payment providers where applicable. They are limited to providing their contracted service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can initiate deletion in the mobile app or at raisekit.co/delete-account. We disable access immediately and target completion within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial reporting, or law. Backups expire on their normal rotation.

Security and your choices

We use encryption in transit, access controls, scoped credentials, and monitoring. No method is perfectly secure. You may disconnect integrations, request access or correction, export available workspace data, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Children and international processing

RaiseKit is a business product not directed to children under 16. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, with protections required by applicable law.
