Delete from the mobile app
Open RaiseKit, choose More → Delete account, and confirm. Your sessions and access are disabled immediately and a deletion request is created for your account and associated workspace data.
Delete from the web
Sign in to RaiseKit, then open workspace settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@raisekit.co from the account address.
What is deleted
We delete or irreversibly anonymize the account profile, owned workspace records, CRM contacts, pitch decks and files, messages and drafts, integration credentials, agent/API tokens, and associated product analytics identifiers. Shared workspaces may require ownership transfer before their shared records can be removed.
Timing and limited retention
Access is disabled when the request is accepted. We target completion within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or law. Encrypted backups expire through normal rotation.
