Ryan Bayliss is a battery specialist with experience across industry and academia. Before Leitmotif he led product marketing at Sila Nanotechnologies and product-development programs at Corning, including creation of its battery-products group. At Oxford he helped establish the Faraday Institution, the UK's national battery research laboratory. He holds a PhD in materials from Imperial College London and has more than 30 publications and patents.
