Alex Rohregger joined Leitmotif in February 2025 after helping develop robotics, AI, software-infrastructure and cybersecurity theses at Picus Capital. Before investing, he worked as an engineer at robotics and automation startups, and his bio-inspired robotics research was published in Science Robotics. He holds a master's degree in robotics, cognition and intelligence from TUM and a mechanical-engineering bachelor's degree from KIT.
