Philipp Emig joined Leitmotif in December 2025 after serving as Senior Vice President of Energy and Climate Investments at Picus Capital, where he built the firm's global activity in those sectors. His investments covered home-energy flexibility, grid-scale batteries, power forecasting and solar deployment, and he worked directly inside several portfolio companies during critical growth phases. Earlier, he advised automotive, industrial and energy clients at McKinsey.
