Marius B. Steen invests or supports investment work through Sagene Tech Ventures's published strategy: Back Norwegian B2B technology founders at pre-seed once they have a working product and early paying customers, then contribute practical founder and operator experience.
Committed Norwegian founders, a credible B2B product, paying customers and a capital-efficient plan for reaching repeatable commercial traction.
The public mandate centers on Norwegian B2B technology with a product and paying customers; consumer-only ideas and pre-product concepts appear less aligned.
Show the customer problem, working product, paying-customer evidence, B2B sales motion, founder commitment and the concrete milestone an early investment will fund.
