Maximilian Held invests or supports investment work through Round2 Capital's published strategy: Close Europe's growth-funding gap for software entrepreneurs with revenue-based financing, royalties and growth equity tailored to sustainable company building.
Established recurring revenue, scalable software economics, responsible growth and a clear use for flexible capital that limits unnecessary dilution.
The strategy targets software and digital scale-ups with revenue; pre-revenue concepts and businesses without scalable recurring economics are less aligned.
Show recurring revenue, growth quality, gross margins, retention, capital requirement, proposed financing structure and a sustainable plan for deploying the funds.
