Roman Horacek invests or supports investment decisions through Reflex Capital's published strategy: Use partner capital and operating experience to back ambitious technology founders early and support global company building.
Decisive founders with speed, resilience, strong product instincts and the potential to create a globally important technology company.
No formal exclusions are public; non-scalable businesses and opportunities without technology leverage are less aligned.
Be direct about the founder insight, product, evidence of speed, market scale, capital plan and the operating help expected from Reflex.
