Su-kyu Choi served as the 16th Vice Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. After 21 years in the Small and Medium Business Administration, he served as Secretary for SMEs in the Presidential Office for Economic Affairs and became deputy administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration in 2014. His work included field-oriented policy and improving market structures for SMEs. He holds an MPA from Oregon State University.
