Greenfield CapitalCheck size: No personal check-size range is published. Greenfield's venture strategy spans pre-seed through later rounds; disclosed portfolio round totals are not Andrzej's personal allocation limits.
Andrzej brings an operator-CTO lens to Greenfield's crypto portfolio. His current published work emphasizes privacy as general-purpose infrastructure and backs decentralized encrypted computation that can make sensitive finance, healthcare, AI, and enterprise workloads usable without exposing raw data. His role is technical and portfolio-facing rather than publicly described as a conventional sourcing mandate.
Technically differentiated crypto infrastructure, teams that can turn advanced cryptography into a faster or easier product, networks that protect data even from compute operators, and founders who value hands-on infrastructure participation after investment.
No personal pass list is public. His published thesis implies weaker fit for privacy technology that remains a costly feature rather than a better product, transparent architectures for inherently sensitive data, or networks without a credible path from research to usable production infrastructure.
Lead with the technical architecture and a live demonstration. Explain the privacy threat model, cryptographic and hardware choices, performance and cost versus transparent or centralized alternatives, developer integration, node incentives, audits, testnet-to-mainnet plan, and why privacy makes the product materially better rather than merely more defensible.
Ask whether confidentiality creates a demonstrably better product—performance, integration, cost, or new capability—rather than remaining an expensive compliance feature.
Map who can observe raw inputs, outputs, metadata, keys, and intermediate computation; then test collusion assumptions, node incentives, cryptographic guarantees, and recovery paths.
Validate the network by running infrastructure from testnet onward and measuring reliability, integration burden, economics, and the team's response to operational failures.
Privacy infrastructure wins when decentralized encrypted computation becomes faster to integrate, cheaper to operate, and capable of sensitive finance, healthcare, and AI workloads that transparent systems cannot support.

Andrzej has more than 15 years of executive technology experience. Before Greenfield he was CTO of mobile-advertising company apprupt, acquired by Opera Software in 2014, and CTO of AdColony, acquired by Digital Turbine in 2021. Greenfield says he has supported crypto teams since 2017. He holds a master's degree in Telecommunication from Gdansk University of Technology.
