Silke Horáková invests or supports investment decisions through Tilia Impact Ventures's published strategy: Invest in CEE founders building scalable businesses whose core economics create systemic environmental or social impact.
Mission-locked business models, measurable impact, strong commercial potential and founders tackling climate, health, education, energy, food or inclusion.
Tilia invests only where impact is inherent in the business model; businesses relying on peripheral ESG claims without systemic impact appear outside the mandate.
Connect the business model to measurable impact, show unit economics and scale, founder credibility, impact KPIs and the milestones supported by €300K-€1.2M.
