Jan Balatka invests or supports investment decisions through Luminova Ventures's published strategy: Back defensive dual-use deep technologies across Europe, Israel, the United States and NATO-aligned markets, combining national-security relevance with commercial scalability.
Proven demand from security users, a clear civilian scale-up path and founders with domain depth in defense R&D, cyber or critical infrastructure.
Luminova explicitly excludes offensive weaponry and lethal systems and seeks proven rather than projected demand from security or defense users.
Show the defensive mission, validated user demand, dual-use commercial path, technical moat, regulatory readiness and deployment milestones.
