Marc Mommaerts invests or supports investment work through Angelwise's published strategy: Co-invest in capital-efficient Benelux ICT and ICT-enabled startups with initial customers, strong teams and potential to drive digital transformation.
A real customer problem, strong founders, initial paying customers, scalable capital-efficient economics and significant market potential.
The fund generally avoids companies without an ICT link, Benelux presence, initial commercial validation or a plausible venture-scale return.
Send a concise deck covering problem, product, team, paying customers, pipeline, unit economics, market, cap table, roadmap and the equity round sought.
